I have brought hitachi 5 star Split inverter AC RSB518HBEA on 5th May 2019 from Electronic Paradise, janakpuri, new delhi last month. On 7th May the day of installation the engineers who were to installed the AC told us that the indoor is defected hence we were not getting cooling. On the same day we made a complaint with the customer care vide request no [protected] and showroom as well. Engineer came and repairs the fault. After installation, we were not satisfied with the service and quality of the product, as there was cooling problem, the ac cools for about 5 minutes and then gets off and hot air comes out. We made complaint to the engineer Mr. Azad who came and installed the AC and irrespective of his several visits when he was not able to solve the problem and declared that it is defected
Then our patience got exhausted, We registered a complaint to Hitachi customer care on 15th June 2019 vide request no [protected], we had engineer from hitachi on the same day who came and examined the Ac and informed us the reason for no cooling was gas leakage and and there is wrong installation.
Then again on 16th June 2019, we registered complaint for reinstalling as informed by the hitachi engineer, then the hitachi team told us that it is to be done by the dealer side only.
Then on 16th June 2019 itself we spoke to Dealer’s point Electronic Paradise Mr. Bhatti and asked him to help, he also assured that he will look in to the matter and will revert. But nothing has been done till date despite my regular calls to him. Then on 18th he told me to speak to Mr. Walia, the manager of Electronic Paradise
On 17th June 2019, we had 2 engineers from hitachi who did something and said the leakage is repaired and gas is reinstalled we will not have the cooling problem. On the very same day i.e. 17th June 2019, when we realized the problem was not solved and there was very low cooling and after 5 minutes of cooling it gets off and the hot air comes out. Then on 17th June 2019 again we registered complaint with Hitachi vide complaint no [protected] which was allocated to Mr. Lakhwinder Singh. But till date there is nothing adequately been done.
Please note on 17th /18th and 19th June, i have been calling hitachi engineers, Mr. Bhatti, and Mr. Walia (Manager of Electronic Paradise) but all in vain. They simply reply we can only follow up with hitachi nothing else can be done at their level.
Please note since day one of installing this AC at our place we have been facing this problem and running between installation team to dealer and hitachi engineers. It has been more than a month we are harassed and mentally tortured by the Hitachi engineer and Dealer and since at the time of installing itself, the installation engineer Mr. Azad told us that it is defected AC and in this particular model they being an engineer are facing lot’s of customer complaints on daily basis.
Therefore, it is humbly requested to take the AC back and give us the full refund of the amount that you charged for this AC because in this Delhi heat not having an AC is a total torture
This kind of poor performance is not expected from Brand like Hitachi. As customer we have paid higher price to Hitachi over other brand because of the trust of quality gained by Hitachi over a period of time, which will be spoiled if performance and quality of product would be like this.
You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and get us the refund of the same.
