[Resolved] Hitachi — Hitachi split ac breakdown within 3 months | |||
I'v purchased one split ac from Lajpat Nagar New Delhi couple of months back and now the device is blowing hot air instead of cold. I have lodged repeated offline and online complain but all in vain...i need total replacement with the compensation for harrsement. There is no such positive response fro Hitachi.
I'm suffering for quite a long time and moreover I have received an sms from Hitachi on 15th June'14 that the request no. [protected] is closed without any resolution. I just wonder what does this signify?
