Dear Sir/Madam, I am the owner of a Hitachi split air conditioner, model no: i-clean 1.2 TR. This is under comprehensive service contract no.1253 dtd.[protected]valid till[protected]. Overall from the inception of this contract, the service and the service response time has been dismal. My AC has been functioning erratically since[protected]. Their customer care number is always non-responsive. Hence their website was used to make a complaint on 20/04/14 and then again on 22/04/14 at 1550hrs without any response from their end. On 23/04/14 again we managed to contact customer care over phone and lodged the same complaint vide request no: [protected]. Till date there has been no call-backs or any attempts to service the same. You may please note that even the regular service schedules have not been maintained by them.
