My AC is not working since 1 month due to compressor failure and entire team is not able to arrange a replacement part. I am suffering in this heat for 1 month now and have no idea when this issue going to be resolved. Customer care is making fake promises; service center is not picking the call.
Please tell me the location from where I can pick up the spare part since you have most inefficient supply chain which cannot deliver a part in two weeks. I will also find some one who can replace the part and pay the money. This was all big mistake to buy Hitachi AC.
Please be mindful that I am paying annual AMC to maintain the AC. I feel cheated and harassed by entire Hitachi but probably I can do nothing about it. Was this information helpful? |
