I bought a new hitachi 1, 5 ton inverter ac. I got a call on 1st july that a service person would come to my home on the same day. As i was in office i requested him to send the person on 2nd july around 10 am. I got a message with technicians number and name as sesumani. S. I just want to get the confirmation that he would be visiting my home on 2nd july. But he did not pick my phone. I could not take leaves and wait for him at my home expecting him to come on one fine day. You # can not even pick my phone and tell me when you would be coming. I will teach you a lesson for your rude behavior. I will go to any level of escalation including filing a suit. I will inform in social media about your poor response.
