I had lodged a complaint about my AC repairing services before the HITACHI service center through phone call at[protected] on Monday i.e, 29.08.22 at 15:53 hours, they had sent 2 technician on 31.08.22 at around, they took Rs. 3, 200 for repairing the gas leakage and filling the gas, and said the cooling will work within 2 hours but after 5 hours also it was not working hence called the technician once again he confirmed that he will send people in the next morning but no one came, so we started calling the person but he did not receive the call his name is Prabir Gain, so I had to call the customer care executive where one executive named R.K. Singh stated that please send the bill we are trying to contact the technician but after some time he blocked our number that was registered with them, then I had to try from another number wherein he stated that my father is advocate do whatever you want to do you can't do anything we are just employee. I have the CCTV footage of the technician who came in my house and the bill that they provided. I want help in this regard because they are frauds and if no action is taken against them then they will take advantage with other people.
