[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — ac replacement | |||
I purchased hitachi split ac 1.5 ton 3 months back. The unit got faulty within 10 days of installation. The complain was registered and many times hitachi technician visited my place and finally declared the item faulty and recommended it for replacement. Now i am following hitachi customer care since last 3 months but they are harassing me like anything and giving me false promises and on every call they make me wait for hours even before someone can talk and then they give me a date which is never fulfilled i feel like cheated harassed. I just can't understand that why a company of so high brand value of hitachi is treating its customers like this. I purchase this ac in the month of april and now its july completing and i just feel like for what i paid 40, 000 and these guys at customer care are harassing me like anything.
