Hi team, I have been chasing hitachi from last 02 months but my issue is not yet resolved. I have requested them to visit my place and check the condition of my air conditioner. Its been 02 months now since i am escalating the issue with them, there is no engineer visited my place who can identify the problem of cooling, tripping and low air flow. They just charge the gas and finish their job and after 02 - 03 hours the condition of air conditioner is same, no cooling & ac trip after every 05 minutes. Hitachi team is closing the case immediately, as they do not want to resolve the customer's issue and just want to close the complaint so that they will get next case. I am of fed up of being asking their service team to clean the inner and outer unit properly but they never listen to us.
