[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — air conditioner complaint against request number [protected] and [protected] | |||
Hi team, I am pankaj aggarwal, i purchased the hitachi inverter ac last year on 1st april 2017. There was water dripping problem last week for which i registered a request with request number [protected] on 16th june. Executive came on 17th june from your naharpur sector 7 rohini service center. He inspected it, confirm there it is installation problem and then he put a plastic piece on the lock to adjust it. So my question is, "is it the service for which i called hitachi customer care?" i want the permanent solution not the adjustment by putting a plastic piece? If i want that solution, i could have called the local mechanic. When i disagree with that service as it was not meeting my expectation of hitachi service, your naharpur service closed the request by saying the customer requested that no service needed.??? But i never said that. Make a note, water dripping problem has not been resolved yet. Due to plastic piece adjustment gas got licked and after a week on sunday 24th june my ac stopped cooling, i again registered a request with request number [protected] to your call center number. On 25th june at 10:15 am again executive came from the naharpur service center and the executive confirm that there is no gas. So they need to refill the gas. When i ask "when can it be resolved?" he was not having the answer. He said i don't know, then he gave me a number: [protected]. There was a lady over the phone, who told the name as "meenu". She said by 4 pm on 25th june, mechanic will come to refill the gas. But no-one came by 4:30 pm. After that i called more than 20-25 times, but they did not pick my phone. Even it was going busy sometimes. So they can't say they were not available to pick up the phone, they were actually ignoring the phone. Today 26th june, i again called at 9:30 am, and the lady again confirm that it will be resolved by afternoon. I did not receive any call after that. I again called at 1:10 pm, a man name "mohan" picked up the phone and when he asked his "mam" to talk to pankaj aggarwal over the phone, the lady was saying "subhah bola to tha after noon me ho jayega" and she was laughing???. Is it the service i should expect from hitachi??? I am really disappointed with hitachi after sales services. I have 8 hitachi acs in my family re-commanded by me. I am going to stop this.
