It's been 2 months now. My 1.5 ton window ac was not cooling. I lodged a complaint. The personnel visited and said that the cooling coil had to be replaced. The AC is under AMC. After this, the chain of events is as follows:
* I was messaged that the coil has arrived.
* Complaint was canceled
* Raised multiple complaints after that.
* No action.
* Complaints are being canceled.

Very poor service. Shame. They sell AMC just to make money and do not fulfil their commitments.

Updated by Dhupinder Today's update:
6:02 am - Ticket number [protected] raised
7.55 am - Ticket submitted for cancellation (that happens all the time)
8.01 am - Ticket allocated to Alok Soni
I called up Alok Soni. He didn't pick up. Second time, the phone was switched off.
If the ticket can be raised and submitted for cancellation before 8 am, can I expect a response to my call after 8 am?

Updated by Dhupinder I was told on 24th June that the AC coil will be replaced the same day. For the past three days, I have been regularly following up with the technician who under some pretext or the other is just not turning up to repair the AC.
