I have bought new AC worth last month(April 2022) but now it is not cooling(24 May) and even in between these we were not at home for 15 days.So effectively AC was used only for 15-20 days only.Today Hitachi technician visited to checked the issue and he told that gas has been leaked.Now another technician will come and check leakage issue.Donot know when.Seriously!!
Earlier I had LG AC and it worked fine with no issues for 6 years.
I went with HITACHI based on the brand value but Looks Like company has shipped defective piece and that got installed at my house.
Just wanted company to change this AC with new one at the earliest as this is only the high time when we use AC.Waiting for some positive immediate reply ? Was this information helpful? |

Yesterday Hitachi team checked the AC and found that compressor itself is not working.They asked to replace the compressor but as they have also done multiple things in the AC for fault checking(like pipe cut to fill the gas etc), I have asked them for the complete replacement of the AC unit.Can you please check and update what is the status of my request?
