I have a Double door refrigerator of Hitachi. It encountered a problem of cooling almost a month ago and required compressor change and two other parts also. The service centre had booked all the parts almost 3 weeks back and I had paid 6000 in advance for that, but still, those parts are in transit as told to us by service centre executives. If this is the kind of service provided by Hitachi I would never recommend anyone to buy the products from here. I just don't understand these are the basic parts and it has taken almost 3 weeks and still, these parts have not reached the service centre. It is shameful on your part.
