Dear Hitachi Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Hitachi Air Conditioner (Model: RAS.E318PCBIB/2023], that I purchased in June [2024].

Since installation, the AC has not been functioning properly. Despite multiple complaints and technician visits, the cooling performance remains poor. Unfortunately, the service representatives who visited did not resolve the issue and gave misleading explanations, claiming this is the average performance, which is not acceptable.
This unit is still under warranty, and I believe it to be defective. I request that you either arrange a proper resolution with a qualified technician or initiate the process for a replacement.
