Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Customer care service do not respond for my new air conditioner.

I bought a new window air conditioner on 8th may but the ac can not start. It has a manufacturing defect. I want to contact with customer care service 100 times, but they did not respond any more. They did not help me to solve this problem. It was bought for my father and my father was a heart patient. Doctor advised for ac, but this is not possible for him. Please help me immediately.
