I had purchased a split Ac 1.5 Ton AC from New Rhythm House, Sector 18, Noida From the date of installation, I had faced a lot of problems like lot of sound coming from internal unit, a lot of vibration in external unit etc which is quite unusual. After facing so many problems, I think that the product is defective. I had complained a several times in the Hitachi Customer Care which they attended but there was no satisfactory result. At present the AC is not working as it should. The room is not cooled at all.In this scorching heat, me and my family is facing a lot of problems. The purpose of buying this AC is in vain if I can’t use it when required. In this unwanted situation, I would humbly request you to make some arrangements to replace this defective unit with a new model
