Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Delay from hitachi customer care for renewal of amc and lack of knowhow of technicians | |||
Date of purchase : 28may2016 (1 year warranty - lapsed despite repqted requested to hitachi for renewal) Incident : we had requested for amc renewal of our ac which was bought on 28 may 2015. Hitachi had called up and asked for amc renewal, which we were interested in. However for last 8 months despite of repeated mail from our end about amc renewal, no correspondence was made from hitachi. And it finally lapsed on 28 may 2016. Now they are charging us for renewal as well as servicing, which is shameful as their technicians doesn't not have the simplest know how to service a split can they are naïve and this matter should be escalated to hitachi higher officials. Resolution : we will have to pay the servicing charge and amc renewal due to the negligence of hitachi Was this information helpful? | |||
