I bought Hitachi 1 ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White Gold on 16th June 2022 at price Rs 27, 864 from FLIPKART Order Id : OD[protected]Bill attached)
Within 2 months it stopped cooling, So I raised Customer care complaint (Breakdown request - [protected]) on 7th August 2022.The support person came analysed the A.C and confirmed that gas has leaked.Hence, He filled the gas in A.C and closed the ticket. The A.C worked well for a few days then again stopped cooling.Hence, again I have to raise a complaint to customer service(Breakdown request - [protected]) on 24th August 2022. The Support guy came analyzed and confirmed that there is some problem in cooling pipe which he resolved & ensure that it will work fine now.Again within a week A.C stopped cooling again, On 2nd Sept 2022 I raised complaint to the customer service (Breakdown request - [protected]).Then, again the support guy came analyzed and confirmed that the gas has leaked again.Then I got a call from Mr. Abhay Yadav (+91-[protected]) (Hitachi) on 3rd sep and asked me to allow him to use Nitrogen gas under pressure to check fault in AC.On 4th Sep, A Service engineer came & use Nitrogen gas under pressure & dismantle the A.C and confirmed that compressor is also not working properly, and warned me not to switch on the A.C or it may spark and blast.The A.C is still in dismantled state at my home (pictures attached).I called the customer service & also requested Mr. Abhay to get a replacement for this AC as it is a faulty one.But Mr. Abhay ensure that once AC starts working fine he will replace it with new one. Now, the current situation is that my AC is in dismantled state till today.From 6th sep, I am continuosly calling Mr. Abhay but is of no use.Everytime he is making fake promises that it will get repaired soon.Having lost my patience, I finally asked him whether he will replace it or not.He simply denied that it will not happen & also asked why I had not installed AC from Myra services (Hitachi authorised centre).As it was installed by FLIPKART & I had also paid installation charges.If it is so, then who has authorised FLIPKART to install AC.
I or YOU?If you, then why should I suffer.
It has not been used for more than 3 months and 3 times it has stopped cooling.Now I want to ask HITACHI who is at loss.You delivered me a faulty piece & now pressurising me to bear with it at any cost.I also tried to contact Mr RIZWAN (Area Sales Manager) but he is also not picking up phone.From one week, I am suffering with your disgusting service which l had never expected from a brand like HITACHI.
I humbly request HITACHI to please replace faulty AC with a new one ASAP.
