On 26/08/2016 i had purchased an ac ( hitachi ras 318awd ) from great eastern, sevoke road, siliguri.Post installation it was detected that remote control was out of order. Which was replace on 12/09/2016 after 16 days of my purchase. Today again when it was checked by representative of great eastern it was found that the sensor was defective. Since it has been more than 16 days after the purchase of the ac . I am not interested to use this particular ac. So either replace it with a new one or refund me the amount paid.
