I reported my Refrigerator breakdown request No [protected] on 10 June.
40 days has passed and my fridge is still not repaired. The request was assigned to Mr. Girish Dhamija (Ph:[protected]. First they told that PCB is broken. They took advance payment of Rs 7500 for ordering PCB of Rs 15200. The Fridge did not worked after installing new PCB. Then they told that compressor is also not working. Now they are saying COMPRESSOR IS NOT AVAILABLE. My advance payment of Rs 7500 for PCB is also stuck with them. They keep on selling new refrigerators. But they don't have compressor for their old customer.
They never ever reply to customer emails
