[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Hitachi is not providing Repairing/Service for Split AC

I purchased Split AC from Hitachi Company.
But now it is not working. I am requesting Hitachi Customer Care to resolve the problem from last 6 days. I call Hitachi Customer Care 2 to 3 times daily they assure me "Dear Customer your problem will resolve within next 24 hr". Whenever I call them I get same reply.

I am posting this complain second time on https://www.consumercomplaints.in...Management is so rubbish. Higher authorities do false promises that they will look into it right away.
Please look into the matter and try to resolve my issue.

If you are not able to solve the issue. Please simply say no but don't do formalities to reply on the particular request instead of arranging the technician. Then we will arrange another companies AC. A lots of good companies in the market. Don't need to buy Electrical Appliances such a rubbish HITACHI Company.
