Paid for visit and registered the issue
Was told the compressor is not working and will have to be replaced with that i have to pay 3500 additional for gas
I agreed but then again I was told by your service engineer, if I want to do it early then will have to buy the compressor with 10k otherwise will have to wait for months. I told I will talk to customer service about this. Since then he is not picking up, customer service is not giving me any SLA. Hitachi is really worst than a street vendor when it comes to keeping promises and warranty fulfilment
