Hi,
I have marked complaint No [protected] for my 11 months old refrigerator Model No model no 440 PND-3 (GVK) on 1st May which is well in warranty. My complaint was taken up by your technician on 2nd May.
He identified problem in the PCB and accordingly took the part for replacement. Now I have been calling Hitachi technician, local service center and the Hitachi Call center to update me about the situation.
No one is giving the exact position or date of this replacement. They are just saying that the part is not available with them and has to be procured from Ahmedabad. They will fix the problem as and when they will receive the part but as they say it seems it may take upto 10-15 days or a month. They just have no idea.
During this peak time of summers and outside temperature of almost 44 degrees, it is really difficult to manage without refrigerator. It really looks very surprising that the company like Hitachi (which has a big brand name) could not replace the most common part (PCB) of any electronic which is not even a year old.
