[Resolved]  Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi rsd/esd/csd-517hbea 1.5 ton 5 star bee rating 2018 inverter ac/totally frustrated

I purchased this AC(Hitachi RSD/ESD/CSD-517HBEA 1.5 Ton 5 Star BEE Rating 2018 Inverter AC) that I would be relaxed for all my summers. But it turned like a horrible nightmare. I purchased this AC on 28th March 2018. I tried to open this on 30th of March. But it didn't worked.

I contacted service center and the technician who visited told me that PCB is not working and as my guarantee has been expired so I'll have to pay. Next day when I called him he told me that the charges for PCB WILL BE Rs. 12000. I was shocked to hear this. I checked with other resources they told me the charges for pcb is very high as they have told. Now I am not in a position to understand what to do now. Totally frustrated. Will not recommend this AC to anyone. I request for a complete explanation that what is the that cost of this and should I relay on the technician words or not. I need a call as early as possible
