[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — hitachi split 1.5 ton air conditioner | |||
Date of incident: 13th June Description: I have raised a complaint with Service request no: [protected] about my Air Conditioner. A part of AC is faulty and my AC is in warranty. First complaint i raised on 13 June and Hitachi is giving only false promises. They asked for 10 days time and later they again asked for the same. Even today after almost 3 weeks of my complaint Hitachi is NOT fixing my AC. I called Hitachi customer care many times and they just did false promises like we will call back but nobody called back. They never had any status of my request and also denied connecting me with their supervisor. I have tried asking them the timelines and current status of my request but they never helped me. Instead Hitachi just says some team is working on it. Nobody bothered to contact me. Hitachi customer support is really bad and not at all bothered about the customers. They dont even have etiquette to talk to customers. Hitachi did not responded to my emails or callback requests ever. Desirable Resolution: I want my AC to be replaced if Hitachi can not arrange faulty part or else fix my AC asap on highest priority as they already delayed it by almost 3 weeks.
