I purchased Two Hitachi Split AC 1.5T 5S RAS518ETD on 27 December 2013 along with two stabilizers from an authorized dealer in Kerala and paid Rs. 96, 000.

I am working in Kuwait and visit my home two to four times in an year. Most of my visit is either in June-July or In December January and hardly use my Air Conditioner. During the last 4 years I would have used the AC for not more than 30 days. Since last November One AC is not working and the Service Engineers came three times and unable to get it repaired. They say that the Circuit Board is not available.

Also I am not happy with the performance of the other AC. If the AC cannot be repaired I need my money back.
