Really bad experience with Hitachi team and product. Definitely, I will never recommend your's product to anyone else.

I am facing an issue with my AC from the last couple month. It is really frustrating for me to call every day to Hitachi customer care and explain the same thing to every call. There is no followup from the Hitachi team and no one taking the responsibility to resolve my issue.

This is my last hope and mail to the Hitachi team. Otherwise, I am going to take action in the consumer forum.
