I had purchased a window ac as on 22 may 2019 from vijay sales, pitampura, delhi.
I have been trying to get the service of my ac under warranty since last 3 months, but i am not able to get the same from hitachi. I tried to contact through phone but answering machine did not register my complaint. Then i filed an online service request form from their website. That also goes unnoticed. Finally i got their customer care number from vijay sales and registered my complaint. When i did not get a reply for several days, i once again called the number. But to my surprise i was told that the number is for registering complaint of dealers only. I was given another number for consumer complaints. But the answering machine did not allow me to register my complaint. Now i once again called vijay sales and asked them to register my complaint on their behalf. The complaint finally got registered. But now i got a call this morning that the service shall be done but on pay to basis. I have been trying to contact the company through different ways but could not get in touch. As there was lock-down for 2-3 months, i can understand that all services were on hold. But, now the things start moving. So hitachi should provide free service taking 2-3 months non-service period into consideration. Was this information helpful? |
