Dear hitachi india team, Complaint number: [protected] We have purchased 1.5 ton split ac unit on 20/06/2016, that is 2 years and 4 months before. Currently ac cooling is not coming. Hitachi technician visited and after investigation informed that the indoor coil has been damaged and need to be replaced. They have provided estimated expense of 10, 000+ rs. Hitachi is a well-known company providing high quality air conditioners. To incur expense of 10, 000 rs in 2.4 years is not anticipated from hitachi like product.
