Dear hitachi india team,
Complaint number: [protected]
We have purchased 1.5 ton split ac unit on 20/06/2016, that is 2 years and 4 months before.
Currently ac cooling is not coming.
Hitachi technician visited and after investigation informed that the indoor coil has been damaged and need to be replaced.
They have provided estimated expense of 10, 000+ rs.

Hitachi is a well-known company providing high quality air conditioners.
To incur expense of 10, 000 rs in 2.4 years is not anticipated from hitachi like product.
Requesting you to kindly check into the ac model/unit and provide us free replacement and service.

Updated by a8283 I have escalate complaint at management level from your website but still there is no response. Each time different service executives calls and ask to visit changing 500 Rs for visit charge. We are well familiar with what is the issue and we want resolution of the issue by Hitachi.
