Hitachi Split AC Inverter purchased in March 2020, since then the unit is giving regular problems in COOLING EFFICIENCY PCB was dead immediate after purchase of the unit Many times we have asked service engineer to visit & they charge cost of 500 for service but the unit is still not satisfactory and not giving proper cooling results, even room fan is working good instead of HITACHI PRODUCT which is considered to be the best in the AC's Purchased the Unit from GEETANJALI ELECTRONICS BEGUMPUL MEERUT U.P 250002 Mr DK BASU[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Please let us know who confirmed that complaint has been resolved, submitting a false report in the company and upfront giving WRONG statements doesn't mean solution of a complaint

Secondly, we are already in touch with local service team who are unable to resolve my issue from last 2 months. Instead I have already paid 500-500 visit charges + GAS REFILLING CHARGES 2700 for my SPLIT AC
why I am not getting satisfactory responses from the team, or whether the team is unable to assist us or they are not trained enough to resolve queries.
Kindly replace my UNIT as this is giving me the regular PROBLEMS from date of PURCHASE
this seems that this UNIT has some manufacturing DEFECT.
