After getting no response from hitachi since 4th april 2016we dropped the below mail. Hi Despite repeated request from us you have not been able to fix the ac. Not even a technical has shown up to address the issue. Moreover no response for below mail. Hi Please update us on your status for amc renewal. The 1 year period is about to expire on 28th may 2016.
