I had purchsed 1 window AC from Darbar Traders (CSD canteen, Hondon Air base, UP), which was installed on 8th April by your technician. Since first day, it is not functioning properly and cooling is very low. On registering a complaint, technician visited and said display panel needs to be changed. Since that they, there is absolutely no update on when will the panel will be replaced. This is pathetic service. On spending 30, 000, I have received a defective product and there is no response on the consumer complaint. Either give my money back and take your defective product back, or get my problem resolved in 2 days. Don't make a fool out of your customers, who has spent 30, 000 expecting a functional AC.
