Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Non-repairing of Faulty 1.5TR Split AC under CAMC

My Hitachi 1.5TR Split AC is faulty since June-2025. The technician initially told fault in power cable to outdoor unit. After replacing power cable, the technician informed fault in compressor of Outdoor unit. After change of compressor, the fault is reported in control card of Outdoor unit. The Hitachi service centre informed that repairing of outdoor unit will be chargeable since the CAMC of 1.5TR Split AC is not reflected in the system. I had already renewed the CAMC of Hitachi 1.5TR Split AC on 02.07.2025 for another one year. Request to repair the faulty 1.5TR Split AC with any additional charges since the AC is under CAMC from 11.07.2025 to 10.07.2026.
