Today was the worst experience I faced with Hitachi I bought Hitachi Split AC last year and with this I got my free services. I recently booked my service and then after 2 days, technician called me up for the service. As discussed with him He said that he will be coming at 4 pm on 7-4-2019. I waited for him and around 4.15 I gave a him a call asking where he is. To my astonish he said he is having lot of work and will come late. When I asked him that he committed 4 pm time earlier as per his convenience only and then changing it again without even notifying me. I waited for him like an ### and wasted my time. After this he said that he will only be there by 5.30 as company has given him lot of work and that to arrogantly. Again I waited till 5.45 and when he doesn't appear, i called him again, now this time he was making same excuses telling that he has lot of work and will be there by 6.30. This is the height o[censored]nethical behavior form staff of company like Hitachi. I have wasted my completed day for this and at end my work does not get done. I want my money back, you can take your pathetic services and garbage AC back. don wont to deal with company who has zero customer importance and value. Seriously disappointing., Also with this I ave every right to share this on whatever platform I like ( fb, twitter, websites etc.) I have cal recordings also as a proof from my end. ... Extended.. Around 6.15, finally the service guys approached. after it they took about 5 minutes only and said service is done.. how can this be possible? When I asked them if they have checked temperature readings or gas level in condenser, they said that they don't have any equipment to do as company has not given any tools to check it. They took the screenshot of the AC and told me to sign the job sheet. when I urged them that please do the complete service, they said if I don''t sign it then also it will not be a problem, no looks at the job sheet. It will be lying in folders and nothing will happen. They also told me tat the person who did my service last year or the installation team have accidentally broken one small seal of ac. due to which a strange sound is coming. He did nothing and went away with unsigned copy of the job sheet, which they will themselves sign and submit it to company. Complete fraudulent case .. pathetic ac, company and staff.
