[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Pcb failed twice in a year even with almost no use | |||
I bought hitachi 1.5ton Inverter ac RSOG518HCEA in May 2020 after using it for a month and 2 month of no use as I was out of the city, outdoor unit PCB failed and it took hitachi even after making 100s of calls and request my dealer to escalate this matter it took more than 15-20 days to arrange pcb for me in the month of August. It was peak Delhi summer now imagine the condition and even after paying 43000 I was sleeping without ac. NOW again its April 2021 just started My ac as summer just started and in the very next day both indoor and outdoor PCB failed and now they are again sending Sms that there is no availability of spare parts and again have to live without Ac.I dont understand whats the problem and why it keeps failing and I am sure they will take around 15 days to resolve this. I f someone from hitachi is actually reading this, this is not they way your product and you should work. Was this information helpful? | |||
