Complaint number [protected] for REFRIGERATOR in New Delhi 3rd party came and said that there is a cooling coil leak. Not shown to us. Later we got a call saying that in such a case, Hitachi asks us to change cooling coil, gas as well as compressor (total cost in excess of Rs 20, 000) and since it is out of warranty we will have to pay. They also said that they would either send a video or a person to show the leak. Nothing has come and they have closed the complaint! Was this information helpful? | |
