[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — replacement # [protected] not done for split ac | |||
I bought below split AC just on Sunday (16.07.2017) which stopped cooling in just 2 days. I lodged complaint on Hitachi customer service wide # [protected] then technician came and found that gas has been completely leaked due to fault in condenser. According to technician outdoor unit needs to be send to service center for repairing. This is really disappointed to hear of sending new purchased AC for repairing instead of replacing the same with new one. I request Hitachi to replace the AC and got approved on 21.07.17 but now it has been more than 20 days that faulty AC hasn't got replaced despite several followups.
