I had lodged a complaint against non cooling of air conditioner on 4th june 2022. On the visit of technician he found that compressor is not working. Since it is covered under warranty period, a request for its replacement was generated. Today is 4th July 2022 and still no solution is provided yet. I had contacted service centre, at civil lines, Allahabad, multiple times but they only say that spare part is not available yet. When i contact the customer care number as i did today, a guy named Kaushik said that will update you soon. Worst service ever had. They don't have any update regarding the concern. I deeply request some higher authority to get in touch with a proper justified update, unlike "will update you soon", which i have been hearing since a month. Merely giving a reply for pending escalations after a month won't justify your customer service priority.
