[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — Service request for my air conditioner not attended and faulty ac being delivered/supplied | |||||
With reference to my earlier complaint dated- 20.04.2017, this is to inform you that Hitachi technician has visited the site and tried to solve my problem but were unable to solve then again I have initiated another request on dated-25.04.2017 but till date no response from their end has been received. Over and above I would also like to point out that their technician has mentioned that the AC must have been serviced within every quarter (which was not done under the warranty period from their end) and because of it only the current problem has occurred. And when I asked the Customer Care regarding this they haven't responded and ignored the matter. Within a period of this 9 months I have used my AC only for 2 months(max.) only and facing this problem. I think they have provided me with a faulty AC as the cooling does not last long (not even 10-15 minutes after switching it off). The AC is also consuming to much of electricity. In these 2 months I had paid almost Rs.10000 plus amount towards electricity bill. When I informed the technician about this they said that the AC is working fine and it is due to lack of servicing of the AC and also because of the outside temperature but several of my colleagues here only are having AC of different brands they are working fine and properly. it is the duty of the company to send their technician to service their product almost in every quarter which was not done by Hitachi in my case. Even after registering service request/complaint they don't even bother about that. I think the Hitachi Company is fooling the customers only. If I would have been known about this type of service from Hitachi, a world class company, then I would have surely thought about it again and again before purchasing. So, I request you to kindly help me in this regard and get my AC replaced with a new one or refund my money as I am unable to avail the benefits of the AC and being suffered in this summer season.
