I bought new AC window 1.5ton 5star Kaze series on 8th Apr'22 and it stopped working on 1st May'22 so I raised a complaint #[protected] on 1st May itself. Today is 18th May'22 and after regular follow ups multiple times a day, yet no one is telling me when it will be fixed. What I hear is a part is awaited. Does it take this long ? I have tried to reach Hitachi at many levels to get a confirmation by when it will be fixed but since no response from Hitachi I am not sure if they are even working my issue. Please help or advice next step I can take.
