This is to bring your that service provided by "HITACHI " is absolutely pathetic. I have tried to talk on Gurgaon Helpline no. which is "[protected]", they simply pick up the phone and put it on the table without answering anything. Then i talked to Toll Free Customer care No. "[protected]", they attended the phone but hardly answering any quarries. I have registered a complaint for AC repair on no."[protected]" and waiting for Hours for their Service request Conformation. "HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS and WORST EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE" Details of Complaint:- 1 Failure of A/c Date :16.08.2015 Time: 8: 00 AM 2 Complaint Date : 17.08.2015 Time: 07: 00 AM 3 Not received any conformation by SMS till 11:05 AM any Customer Care is hardly answering any quarries without any satisfactory answer.
