i have a hitachi 42" lcd which requires a service when i called up helpline they were not just only rude but even denied to provide me the exact customer care number. They even insulted me and told me that do whatever you want. In this regard i would like to draw your attention towards the negligible and arrogant behaviour of the service provider. They did this with me and maybe many others are also dealing with the same problem. Sir i want you to take strict action against such a company who are not just only rude but are not worthy as a company.Sir, I want to register a case of Defamation against the comapny.
