Hitachi — No response to Service Request after 48 hrs also | |||
I have raised a service request on 23rd Apr 2015 around 10:30 AM in morning, service request number [protected]. They informed me that withing 48 hrs techinician will resolve it. Today is 26 April 2015 I dint receive any call for Service. I called up many times to customer care they just set priority to URGENT and say Sorry. I dont know what does URGENT means to HITACHI. I never recommend anyone to go for HITACHI. I hope this URGENT mean to company now and resolve the issue asap. Customer satisfaction is the 1st priority.
