Hitachi Payments — received damaged currency notes from money spot atm

On 4th october, 2018 at 19:09 p. M, i withdrew an amount of ₹4500 from a moneyspot atm in mohan bazar atm id - mp00050.1note of ₹500 with 2 notes of ₹2000 each came out and both the ₹2000 notes were damaged;one was half torn and other was stuck carefully with cello tape. Please send it to the concerned authority as soon as possible and provide me with a solution.
