[Resolved]  Hitachi — Problem with the model / piece from the time of purchase

A window AC was purchased by us on 13.04.13 . This unit has troubled up us with noise and cooling from day one. Service has been less than satisfactory. After their free service in feb the AC has been troubling with a lot if vibration and noise. We have paid Rs 1000 for 2 visits but the problem is unresolved and their response is very weak. Please help us get a new machine. We paid Rs 36, 000 for this unit and it has caused us so much inconvenience. Considering it is made by Hitachi. Email to the company are not responded to. I am attaching one such mail that had been sent last year but was never responded to by anyone.
