Hitachi — Urgent | defective hitachi wac raw318kud kaze | |||||
I have purchased a hitachi wac raw318kud kaze on 26 may, 2016. I have found that the sweep function was not working in the ac and so made a service request to hitachi on 3 june, 2016 vide breakdown request [protected]; cdn: 5762. As per the visited technician, he pointed out the fault that sweep motor is missing from the unit. For a reputed japanese brand like hitachi (Which believes in quality inspection), a qa passed product has been found the part missing is really sad and unacceptable. Replace my unit with the new one and provide me compensation of rs. 5, 00, 000/- for cheating and ignorance to the quality of the product.
