Hitachi — very poor and slow service , and no response for my complaint

i have a hitachi 1.5 ton w/d ac, fev days ago my ac goes to dead..i give the complain to coustumer care. my ac in warranty ., technician has come to the same complain day .., and i paid rs 500 for the visit charge ., he said me your ac compreasure is dead., normal time 3 day i visit again and change your compresure ., now goes to 7 days for the copmlain day nobudy come here and no call ., i complain again but nobudy want to here my problem .., , is that a very bad service of hatachi company ., , i newer bought again hitachi product .., it is very bad experience, , .
