Hitachi — very poor service

I lodged a service complain for my refrigerator on 24th May, 14 vide request no [protected]. It was out of warranty service means paid service . the complain not yet attended till writing of this report. Today is the 7th day. T heir service personnels are hard to contact. no one picks up your phone. You can be successful after many attempts. Their corporate office is no good . I could not contact any body on the phone nos given on their site. this is their corporate office. I feel the company carries a big Japanese name but in India their services and customer care are awefully hopeless. Quality of products and services are not upto the mark of the name of the Company. I think Hitachi is cheating Indian Public . I was going through this complain portal. I think the parent company is also not seeing the message how their customers are dissatisfied lot in INDIA. This message may be forwarded to the parent company in Japan.
