I bought my hitachi inverter ac in 2015 every year i face new problems they didn't listen to customer now in 2019 my ac cooling coil damaged and the gas always leak... A technician came from hitachi and he took 500rs and said we will replace your indoor unit in 12500 i wait for 3 days now they said it's 19k or more and then said indoor unit and parts are no more available by company (Company stop making it's parts) even my ac is in 5 year compressor warranty they directly said your ac is going to a junk yard
What the hell is this... If there parts are not available then why they giving 5 + year compressor warranty... I have all the bill and no. S how can i complain about it to the higher authority of the company?..
