Purchased one IBell tower fan through Amazon. While purchasing additional warranty was promised on free registration. But after purchase, not giving additional warranty if not reviewed and rating given. This was not informed during purchase. This is unethical and corrupt trade practice to buy good rating.

My business partner no.[protected] and i have received an invoice no.[protected] dated 10/7/2020 of rs.1874.63.
2. It shows a consumption charges of rs.829.30, which is absolutely incorrect as no reading has been taken or requested for. Earlier in whatapps the meter reading photographs was sent to you and the bills were raised on that basis.

3. Further, an invoice no.[protected] dated 14/5/2020 of rs.984.18 was issued in the same manner and a consumption charges of rs.794.90 was shown.

4. May i request you to please how this amount was calculated (Invoice no.[protected] dated 10/7/2020 of rs.1874.63 and invoice no.[protected] dated 14/5/2020 of rs.984.18)

This is also to inform you that an amount of rs. 1003.86 has been deposited on 9/7/2020

Please refer to my complaint on 29/7/2020, till date I have not received any updates except an acknowledgement .
However, want to draw your kind attention that one more bill of Rs.870.77 have been generated and the copy of the same has also not been sent in my email.

Can you please state on what basis this bill was generated. when a complaint on the same is still pending to be resolved.

The above mentioned mobile is in madurai simmakal. We have purchased the headset with the connector wherein the connector did not work properly. They did not give bill And they did not obey to the customer properly. My worst experience I ever had with them they fool the customer. They dump the wastage to the customer who did not have Any knowledge about the phone and headset. If we ask Bill means they will ready to give the bill at the which date we need.

Maine geyser liya tha trade fare se, 28 taarikh ko install kiya lekin uske next day hi wo kharab ho gaya usne hamare ghar ki saari fitting kharab kar di humne customer care me complain ki lekin koi bhi response nahi mila wo daily kehte the ki aaj aaega lekin 10-12 dino tak bhi koi nahi aaya phie ek din hum service center par khud gaye tab jakar unhone geyser bheja aur wo bhi ek din hi chala aur ohir kharaab ho gaya ab phir se un oar complain kar rahe hai lekin koi response nahi mil raha hai
Aap ek kaam kijiye humko hamara payment refund kar do aap kuki utna follow hum nahi kar sakte kisi ko itna
Pls refund my balance

I have booked a instant geyser on 17/11/18 with order no. 101, serial no. 13, and it was delivered after on 1/12/18 with 2 years warranty, the technician suggested us to use the product in supply water, we did so, however the product is not working at all, we use it only 1 or 2 times but no one in hi tech is willing to resolve the complaint against their product, nor their customer care number is working. I have registered online complaint as well, nothing is working.
Please help us to resolve the issue asap.

I ordered two Instant Water geyser in trade fare (Delhi) with order no 55 & 56 on 26/11/2018 worth Rs.2465 (each). I have given Rs.200 in advance for both gyser. They promised to deliver the product in 8 to 10 days, but i have not received it till now (05/12/2018).They have three contact numbers, only[protected] is ringing, and two others are not in service which is printed on the order form. I have tried so many times but could not respond by anyone from HITECH. Kindly request you to respond & deliver the product in time.

Ye company nhi choro ki dukan hai jo din dahare logo Ka rupiya loot rahe hai.
Jin logo ko aapna rupiya Lena hai aur in ko saja dilwani hai.
Aur four person jo in logo k sikar humari tarahe hu hai wo bhi hain.

I had ordered 1 fast track analogue watch on 18/09/2017 with an order id[protected] and received the order on 22/09/2017.
Upon unwrapping it was found that they have shipped a fake product, tried calling there customer care but not reachable
It's a humble request to take severe action on the stakeholders, and arrange to return my money and take there product back.

They have in house service center in delhi, but for customer facility the are providing services at their home.
